Brandon Frazier, the Owner and Founder of Frazier Property Services, hails from rural West Virginia, where he was raised, and proudly identifies as a “true Mountaineer”. He dedicated a substantial part of his early adulthood to honing his skills as a machinist, cultivating a profound appreciation for intricate details along the way. In 2017, he embarked on a journey of growth, relocating to the picturesque town of Banner Elk, North Carolina, in pursuit of new and promising opportunities. While he was familiarizing himself with this beautiful stretch of the Blue Ridge Mountains and settling into his new life here, he quickly recognized the need for more qualified, reliable contractors in the area. 

Brandon’s journey began as a means to put food on his table; he took on small, miscellaneous projects to establish himself as one of this area’s foremost and dependable contractors. This passion led him to pursue and obtain an Unlimited North Carolina General Contractor’s license so that he could fulfill the needs of hundreds of homeowners by taking on larger, more ambitious projects. In 2019, his hard work came to fruition and Frazier Property Services was born.
